Management Team:
Josh Turpin is one of our owners and the founder of The Pet Ranch. A
Kansas native, Josh served 7 years as Vice President of Citywide, a regional
financial services firm. In June of 2007, Josh joined an Olathe based
commercial development company, Dennis J. Eskie and Associates, LLC,
working as a commercial real estate professional. A lifetime animal lover,
Josh lives in Western Shawnee with his wife, horse, three dogs, and cat.
Carrie Turpin is also one of the owners and founders of The Pet Ranch as
well as the Front Desk manager. She graduated from the University of
Arizona, and was previously employed with Ease Your Mind, LLC a
company specializing in Personal Organizing and Concierge Services. Carrie
is the wife of Josh, and the mother of Bucket, Ernie, Tucker, Duke, and
Hammie (all four legged).
Travis Bauer one of The Pet Ranch owners and Ranch Hands, helped
spawn the idea for The Pet Ranch and has been an integral part of our facility
since its conception. Travis is a native of Olathe, graduated from Olathe East
High School, and furthered his education with a degree from UMKC. He is a
licensed commercial real estate professional, with a strong work ethic and
unparalleled love of animals.
Brandon and Camille Roth, are business partners and boarding kennel
managment consultants. Currently, Brandon and Camille are owners of
Scooper Troopers pet waste removal of Des Monies, Iowa. With previous
experience managing Greenbelt Kennels in Urbandale, Iowa, Brandon and his
wife helped develop our concept by turning their focus and efforts on
formulating an organized, secure, and fun facility for all pets to enjoy. Loving
parents of four of the four legged variety, they are animal lovers and advocates
of pet rescue, adoption and halting the practice of breed discrimination.
