of vaccine records (rabies, distemper combo and bordetella)
as required for all class attendees and return to ALL STAR
Agility (8022 Madison Ave. Kansas City, MO 64114).
Cash and check payments are accepted.

Monday Evening Classes: Class Fee $100
Classes Begin April 9, 2012
Agility FUNdamentals: 6:30-7:30pm
Beginning Handling: 7:30-8:30pm
