Here are a few helpful tips to make your experience at the Ranch a success. Please fax,
e-mail or bring in your pet's vaccine records and new client registration form prior to your
reservation.

We require the following vaccines to be current in order for your pet to stay at our facility:
Bordatella (kennel cough vaccine)
DPP
Rabies.
Guests are allowed to check in/out during our hours of operation:
Ranch Hours
Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 5pm
Sunday 12pm - 5pm
No Tours Sunday or seasonal weekends
All dogs must be on leash when entering the facility.
Please allow enough time for us to properly check in your pets with the front desk.
For safety reasons only staff members are allowed to check guests into their lodging/ day care areas.
Guests are allowed to check out anytime during our hours of operation. Rates are based nightly and
include a check out time until 12PM (1PM Sunday). If you choose to check out after these times a
$14 extended check out fee will be applied to your bill.
All bills are to be settled upon check out.
